PROTEGOL^® Coatings – We protect assets!

PROTEGOL^® two component liquid coatings based upon polyurethane or epoxy resin are characterised by utmost and long-term efficiency and used in a number of industrial sectors that apply very high standards and in harsh conditions. PROTEGOL^® coatings are chemically and mechanically very stable and meet international quality standards pertaining to a permanent and dependable corrosion protection.

PROTEGOL^® corrosion protection systems, solvent-free and VOC-free, are used as one-layer systems, and with no primer, mainly on steel and cast iron but also on concrete. Given their excellent workability and properties, PROTEGOL^® coatings can be used both in the plant and in the field.

PROTEGOL^® coatings’ applications include the anti-corrosive coating and lining of gas tanks and gas stores and the coating of steel structures in the field of conventional and renewable energies. And PROTEGOL^® is also widely used in water projects all over the world, including drinking water, industrial water and slurry projects.

The short drying and curing times of the solvent-free PROTEGOL^® coatings make for huge productivity and minimal downtimes in the plant and in the field.

PROTEGOL^® liquid coatings are applied mechanically with the two component airless hot spraying system at a huge production rate. The coating products and machines are suitable for both stationary use, e.g. in a valve or pipeline plants, and mobile use, e.g. on pipelines, distribution stations or welding seams. Out in the field, you can work with an automated spray ring.

For smaller surfaces or inaccessible areas, you can use a manual spray gun or a roller or brush. Sealing compounds as cast resin are also used on pipelines.
