Electroplating chemicals – one of our core competences with a long tradition

TIB Chemicals’ metal finishing products have a long tradition. We have supplied our customers with high-quality metal compounds like tin sulphate for classic tin baths since the 1980s, since when our portfolio has continually been expanded. We always act when there are new requirements placed upon chemical products. Our range comprises metal methane sulphonates and products for cyanide-free bath formulations and chrome bath wetting agents free of fluorotensides.

TIB Chemicals AG’s raw chemicals are primarily used by metal finishing process providers for their own formulations of electroplating processes in order to plateboth decorative and functional metal layers.

Here, not only raw materials like metal salts and their solutions are used but also high-quality organic additives that produce special bath properties.

We have supplied automotive industry for decades. These use our products to plate bearings and pistons, which can be tinned both chemically and electrolytically.
