PROTEGOL® Coatings – dependable long-term protection for water pipelines
PROTEGOL® coatings have been used for decades now for heavy-duty coatings for pipelines used in water and drinking water projects worldwide. Our certified solvent free polyurethane and epoxy resin-based products are and can be flexibly used in various water-projects.
PROTEGOL® coatings are highly resistant coatings applied to steel or cast-iron pipes and moulded parts and valves without primer. They fulfil two functions: corrosion protection to safeguard the water pipelines structural integrity on a long-term basis and guaranteeing drinking water quality.
Other fields of application are inner linings and outer coatings for waste water and slurry pipelines, in which we score with high chemical and abrasion resistance, such as coatings for piling pipes for platforms in both fresh water and marine water.
Our close cooperation with our customers and partners permits us always to develop inner linings and outer coatings that are certified in accordance with the latest national and international standards.
We are committed to the harmonization and further development of standards and for awareness raising in the field of the protection of investments in the water sector, by preventing losses through corrosion damage and increasing the drinking water’s availability. We meet the various water storage and water pipeline regulations.
