TIB KAT 616

TIB KAT 616 is a tin free catalyst.

TIB KAT 616 is suitable for various applications in the catalysis of polyurethane systems.

Compared to organotin catalysts TIB KAT 616 shows a lower activity offering longer pot life in 2p systems.

TIB KAT 616 is especially useful in curing reactions at elevated temperatures and in curing systems based on aromatic isocyanates.

TIB KAT 616 shows higher reactivity and better colour stability compared to TIB KAT 620.

TIB KAT 616 should be used in concentrations between 0.02 – 1.0 wt.-% in relation to the total formulation.
