TIB KAT 218

TIB KAT 218 is a versatile multi-purpose catalyst for condensation reactions for many applications:

• Esterification and transesterification : reactions between 80 and 240°C at concentrations between 0.01 – 1 wt.-%,
• Polyurethane systems as 1) can & coil coatings, car refinishing, architectial coatings and other industrial coatings 2) 1 - and 2-comp.  adhesives & sealants 3) Elastomers
• Silicones & silane crosslinking, especially for 1- and 2-component RTV silicones
• Crosslinking of silane modified polyolefines (XPE)
