Support in the event of an emergency: We take responsibility for employees and their families
There are situations in life when people quickly need support. At TIB Chemicals, we have always considered this idea of caring to be a special obligation towards our employees. Our foundation, established in 2008, is committed to helping employees and their families who are in need through no fault of their own. Through direct financial support, we help to make even difficult times a little easier to cope with.
The Foundation Board
assumes responsibility
Our foundation provides fast and uncomplicated help when it is needed. The following examples show the areas in which we have already provided financial support:
- Therapies for employees or family members that the health insurance does not cover
- Deaths in the family
- Financial support for the care of parents
- Tutoring for children
- Operations that are only partially considered medically necessary by the health insurance fund
The Foundation Board consists of the majority shareholder, the Chairman of the Works Council and the Human Resources Manager of TIB Chemicals AG. This body examines all emergencies caused through no fault of the affected people, where support – especially of financial nature – can be helpful. Decisions on support are also made at short notice, without detours – and in personal discussions when and where needed. In this way, help arrives quickly where it is needed.
